From September 24 to 27, Margraf will be showcasing at Marmomac 2024, the premier global fair dedicated to the stone production industry. This year, our stand, designed by Raffaello Galiotto, will be open on two sides, highlighting the two core strengths of our company: our comprehensive production capabilities and our expertise in marble craftsmanship. The result? Unique design products that stand out in their category.

The “Frammenti” Collection: The Highlight of Our Booth

The “Frammenti” collection, designed by Raffaello Galiotto, will be the centerpiece of our booth at Marmomac 2024. Initially unveiled in April at the Milan Furniture Fair, this collection will feature three new sculptural pieces. “Frammenti” explores the symbolic power of marble and its modern perception. While marble is traditionally viewed as a noble material symbolizing a glorious past, today it often evokes the image of historical ruins. This collection embraces that concept, presenting classical elements with an innovative visual approach that emphasizes discovery rather than the melancholy of ruins.

New Sculptures at Marmomac 2024

At Marmomac 2024, we will unveil three new sculptures:

• Toscana: Crafted from Bianco Covelano marble, this sculpture is noted for its pure golden and blue veining. It merges Tuscan style with elements of fragmentation and connections created through 3D modeling.
• Vir: Made from Botticino Classico marble, this piece represents a fragmented, limb-less virile figure. The marble medium forms a visual and tactile bridge, maintaining the connection between the fragmented parts.
• Virgo: Created from Breccia Bohemien marble with warm orange tones, this sculpture depicts the remains of an ancient female figure, visually reminiscent of marrow emerging from a stone body.
